Destoner

Harvested seeds and nuts often contain stones, which are typically removed using vibratory and gyro screens. For cases where seeds and stones are of similar sizes, a density-based gravity separator with an aspiration system is used. Seeds or nuts are fed from the top, and air flow is adjusted for effective separation. The gravity system then isolates the stones, which are discharged at the opposite end.
